Nurturing Pure Wellness

Jane Wrigglesworth is a degree-qualified naturopath and medical herbalist, health coach, certified sleep coach, wellness educator, best-selling author, and speaker. With a Bachelor’s degree in Natural Medicine (BNatMed), Jane combines an evidence-based approach with practical know-how to help individuals transform their health naturally and sustainably.

Jane specialises in sleep issues (having also studied sleep and neurobiology at Michigan University), stress and anxiety, fatigue, energy support, digestive health and chronic disease. She has a particular interest in integrative oncology.

Jane is a registered member of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, the Society of Integrative Oncology, and Naturopaths & Medical Herbalists New Zealand.

Jane offers her expertise through worldwide online consultations, workshops and seminars, and local sessions in Auckland, New Zealand.
